Groupe Premier Québec started with an idea: To do things differently.
As former FSM and Coaches, we knew there was a better way of doing business.
And to bring our idea to life, we didn’t just rely on our own experiences, but instead, actively sought out the opinions of respected industry leaders.
It was simple.
If solutions were built by FSMs for FSMs they would be inherently better.
If training teams of FSM experts were engaged and valued, training would be inherently better.
If a company wasn’t held down by cumbersome structures and could move quickly and easily as business environments shifted, then continual customer and business value would be inherently better.
If Dealer Partners, Coaches and FSM were actively encouraged to be part of the conversation, then partnerships would be inherently better.
And so, GPQ was born.
